SIZING
All ROSSI Boots, with the exception of the MUSK Women's Boots, are marked with unisex Australian Sizes. The international standard for converting AU Size to US Men's Size is AU Size + 1.0. For US Women's Size it is AU Size + 2.0. But because ROSSI Boots are designed to give a tighter fit than other Aussie boot brands; we have found that using AU Size + 1.5 for US Men's Size and AU Size + 2.5 for US Women's Size works much better. ie: US Men's Size 9 is the same as an Aussie Size 7.5. A Women's Size 9 is an Aussie Size 6.5. All US Sizes are listed with their corresponding AU Size on our website.
FIT
Your new ROSSI Boots should fit snugly, but not uncomfortably tight. If your toes are crunched or touching the front of the boot, they are too small. Likewise, the sides of your feet should not be painfully pinched into the boot. In general, ROSSI Boots are more narrow than other Aussie boot brands (Blundstones, Redbacks). ROSSI Boots are a generous "D" width. The MUSK Women's Boots are less wide - "D" width. Because ROSSI Boots are made of leather, there is a breaking in period. The boots will soften and stretch up to 1/2 Size as they wear.
BUFFALO LEATHER VS. COW LEATHER
Buffalo leather (Asian Water Buffalo) is stronger, thicker, and lighter than Cow leather. It also wears better than Cow leather and has a smoother/shiner finish due to its tight grain.
ENDURA Air Cushion Sole
The ENDURA Air Cushion Sole has a revolutionary design. At the core is a low density Polyurethane (PU) wedge with air pockets that help absorb the impact of every step. This PU wedge is covered by a tough outer layer of Nitrile Rubber. Add in a molded cushion footbed with an all-surface gripping tread; and you have unmatched comfort, durability, and traction. The ENDURA Air Cushion Sole is oil, acid, abrasion, slip, and heat resistant up to 570 degrees F. This meets with industrial standards AS/NZS 2210.3:2009 and ISO 20345:2011 Class 1 SB HRO E SRC. The highest ratings for heat and slip resistance.
EN!GMA Comfort Sole
The EN!GMA Comfort Sole features a dual density design. It has a deep, molded footbed with added heel cushioning. Inside there is a shock absorbing layer of low density Polyurethane (PU). The outside is covered with rugged, flexible Thermo Plastic Urethane (TPU). The modified tread pattern includes ladder grips, and provides maximum traction while being light weight and non-marking. The EN!GMA Comfort Sole is oil, acid, abrasion, and heat resistant to 285 degrees F.

All boots are shipped via UPS Ground, usually the same day you place your order. If you want expedited shipping or prefer an alternative shipping method please contact us for rates - sales@wineryboots.com.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We realize that buying boots without ever trying them on is not ideal. Our warranty is "purchase price back if returned unworn (no wear marks) within 30 days". An exchange for size or style within 30 days is allowed. Just contact us - sales@wineryboots.com and we will let you know where to send the boots for exchange or refund.
BOOT CARE
Let your wet or muddy boots dry slowly, do not apply heat. For greater comfort and longer life, clean your boots regularly and apply boot wax or leather conditioner.
